Parliament was designed by Le Corbusier for The High Court in Chandigarh, India. 
Adjustable double emission floor lamp, in lacquered aluminum with matt black and yellow,
matt black and red or white and gray diffusers. 
The interior of the diffusers in whitewash. Matte gray upper.
